COMPANY ACQUISITION ANNOUNCEMENT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pirkanmaan Levyty\u00f6 Oy and Levyty\u00f6 S\u00e4rkinen Oy have agreed on an acquisition on 27.6.2024 where Pirkanmaan Levyty\u00f6 Oy will buy all the shares of Levyty\u00f6 S\u00e4rkinen Oy. Yl\u00f6j\u00e4rven Koneistus Oy will remain as a subsidiary of Levyty\u00f6 S\u00e4rkinen Oy. New company has ended all manufacturing in Ukraine and will focus on offering high quality services and manufacturing goods specifically in Finland.<\/p>\n<\/div>

We believe this move will lead to a stronger and more diverse organization which can offer even wider range of services and goods from smaller to larger and complex structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Levyty\u00f6 S\u00e4rkinen Oy\u2019s former largest shareholders Samuli S\u00e4rkinen and Tommi Murto will also continue as shareholders in the new organization after the acquisition, and Tommi will continue in an operative role just as before. Pirkanmaan Levyty\u00f6 Oy\u2019s largest shareholders, Tero Sammalniemi, Teemu Sammalniemi and Tatu Sammalniemi, will continue to be the largest shareholders with controlling stake like earlier and Tero and Teemu will continue in operative roles. After the acquisition, Levyty\u00f6 S\u00e4rkinen Oy\u2019s Chief Executive Officer Ville Ahonen will also be the CEO of the Pirkanmaan Levyty\u00f6 Oy. Pirkanmaan Levyty\u00f6 Oy\u2019s chairman of the board will be Harri Meller, who was in a similar role in Levyty\u00f6 S\u00e4rkinen Oy before the sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All current employees will continue in their roles in the new organization structure and all the contact details remain unchanged. We are confident that this transition will also provide new opportunities for everyone involved, companies and personnel alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Pirkanmaan Levyty\u00f6 Oy has been incorporated since 2002 and is a family owned manufacturing workshop. Company employes around 40 personnel and manufactures subcontracted metal structures and goods, specifically in the smaller and lighter part of manufacturing spectrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Levyty\u00f6 S\u00e4rkinen Oy has been incorporated since 1974 and currently employs around 60 personnel. Company also manufactures subcontracted metal structures and offers assembly services, but contrast to Pirkanmaan Levyty\u00f6 Oy, using mainly heavier and thicker metal plates and sheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


New organization will have over 10 000 square metres of manufacturing facilities, capability to manufacture goods from millimetres to multiple meters in size with certified quality systems and employs over 100 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
